Curb your expectations with this... I know one rearly gets wood pieces as shown in the pictures, but the piece I got isn't even half as wide with its roors, Is mostly a singular stump with two thicker halfs, with one long root twig on one half, and 5 root twigs on the other, and the whole root system growing strait. I would say this is a manufacturer fault for sure, and not the shops, they only send you what they have and ordered.
